Periodic inspection of storage racks is a service necessary for preventing potential workplace accidents and injuries. Despite working very cautiously, it is impossible to avoid major or minor damage to storage racks, which in the future can lead to damage or loss of the production you store, and in extreme cases may even injure or kill employees. The guidelines for operational aspects relevant to storage and racking systems are specified by European Standard EN15635. Subparagraph 9.4.2.2 of the standard specifies that storage racks must be periodically inspected, visually, once a week, to check for visible damage. In addition, subparagraph 9.4.2.3 specifies that a thorough technical inspection of the storage racking must be performed by a certified expert not less often than once every 12 months. During the inspection of storage racking:

• inspection will be performed in accordance with EN 15635 (Application and maintenance of storage equipment).
• we will compare column protectors with the existing structure.
• we will check the storage racking structure according to the installation blueprint (if available).
• we will inspect the frame and diagonal braces from the ground, to detect visible deformation and damage.
• after inspection, we will attach inspection stickers.
• we will prepare an inspection report with recommendations as to which damage needs to be quickly repaired or which parts need to be replaced.
